Social Action Forum Irinjalakuda is the social work agency under the Catholic Diocese of Irinjalakuda. The Chairman of the agency is the Bishop of the diocese. It is being governed by the General Body comprising coordinators from 134 parish social action units, representatives from among priests, pastoral council members of the diocese, and nominated members. General body formed for a period of three years is headed by the president. The executive director appointed by the bishop acts as the secretary of the society. An executive council or governing body will be elected from the general body which acts as the think tank of the agency. The day to day administration is done by the executive director who is being supported by the associate directors and the staff.
